My Mission

My Mission is to walk alongside clients with empathy and respect, using techniques that help them heal, overcome obstacles, develop resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.

About Me

As a Christian counselor, I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space where healing and growth can truly begin. I believe in the transformative power of renewing the mind—shifting mindsets to overcome emotional, behavioral, and spiritual obstacles that stand in the way of becoming the whole, purposeful individuals we were created to be. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my approach is grounded in compassion, clinical wisdom, and faith-based principles. If you desire, I am open to incorporating your faith into the therapeutic process, creating a space where both psychological and spiritual healing can flourish

Experience

My professional experience includes play therapy, ADHD/ADD behavioral techniques, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, personal development and growth. I have spent 24 years coaching young adults in life transition, accomplishing goals and overcoming obstacles. My counseling approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on mindset work to support clients in making meaningful, lasting change.
